This vacation rental provides for optimal living space while maximizing privacy. It is nestled in quiet Sugarloaf, next to Big Bear City. The 1200 sq. ft, 2 bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage was built in 1993. Pristine and charming, it is very clean and comfortable. It sleeps a maximum of eight. A king size bed, a walk-in closet, a bathroom, and a woodsy view highlight the master bedroom. The large, second bedroom offers two twin beds with comforters and a bunk bed, with pillows and blankets. A queen size sofa sleeper is next to the cozy fireplace in the living room. A spacious open living room has a cathedral, vaulted ceiling of knotty pine adding to the cabin motif. There is a floor to ceiling wood-burning fireplace. Forced air heating will keep you warm in the winter.

Enough parking for 4 cars, with easy access. Bring your skis, boards and sleds, there is a locker for them. The house is single story. Other features include two decks. There are 3 cable TV's ,one is 37" flatscreen HD. WiFi is included. Other amenities include a dishwasher, washer and dryer, completely furnished kitchen, and free local phone. Bring your calling card for long distance. This is a NON-SMOKING cottage. Sorry, absolutely NO PETS allowed. Must bring your own towels, sheets, and firewood to Green Gable Cottage.
