If you're a fisherman you'll enjoy the convenience of having your boat right out the door of this unit. The boat slip accommodates boats up to 31 feet and has water and electricity hookup right at your slip. There is a cleaning station adjacent to your slip which is perfect to clean your catch. Right on the Gulf of Mexico and within 5-10 min. by boat you're in the Atlantic Ocean. Don't have a boat....there are many rentals available....they're just a phone call away.
