The living rooms has a fireplace & a wall mounted HD 52'' LCD with premium cable stations, DVD & DVR. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, oven & everything you could need to cook a special breakfast, lunch or dinner. There are 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds, & the basement offers a bunk bed & single bed. The bedrooms upstairs & main common areas have built in wall air conditioners. There is also a computer provided for you if you prefer not to bring your own. Sunny home offers a convenient location to a wealth of Cape Cod activities. Less than a 10 minute drive to the Cape Cod Mall, theaters, boats to the Islands, fishing charters, & the Downtown Main Street shops of Hyannis. Included is the all important beach parking pass which provides you with free parking & beach access to all fresh & saltwater beaches in Barnstable County. Craigville Beach & Covell Beach however are walkable. For those who have children, there is a high chair downstairs, a portable crib, a gate for the top of the stairs, children's books & some toys. Enjoy it on the outdoor tables, the screened in porch or BBQ a meal. Dryer in the basement. This was a perfect stay for the 4 of us and our baby too! Very clean, beautiful gardens, nice enclosed patio! Close location to many places too!
There were 9 adults and a child in my group and we stayed at this Hyannis house. It was super convenient! Convenient that we can show up anytime and not have to worry about getting a key, that kitchen utensils are all provided, as well as towels. Pretty flowers in the backyard with a grill and a firepit. We really enjoyed our stay!
This is such a charming home, we felt as tough we were visiting a relative. It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need -- beach towels, beach pass (important), kitchen amenities, screened-in porch, lovely garden to stroll through with your morning coffee, wi-fi, children's toys -- the list goes on and on. It felt well situated in the Cape for getting around to all the sights and activities for our first time visit. Perry was always available by phone and extremely accommodating. We loved it.
We (3 mid-2os couples from NYC) had a great week at the Hyannis house in Barnstable. They house was nice. There was an awesome porch with a grill and a fire pit. It's a few minute drive to the beach and we would definitely recommend it.
