For a limited time, and for a select handful of visitors only, this summer we are opening up RV access to our 30 acre privated wooded estate, including enjoyment of our private 200' sandy beach on the shores of Lake Massawippi. This is a private estate, not a trailer park, and no services are provided. The site is serviced with private, treelined gravel roads and beautiful places to park and camp. No reserved spaces: first come, first choice of location. Depending on number of visitors, we may also make avaiable use of private badminton and volleyball courts, terraced lawns, loan of our 4 person rubber dinghy for rowing on the lake, and, by invitation or prior arrangement, delicious breakfasts or dinners indoors at our cottage on the hill overlooking the lake, or dining al fresco on the terraced lawn or wraparound veranda.
The property is situated within walking/cycling distance (or 5 minute drive) of Village amenities, including area grocery stores, shops, restaurants, fairgrounds and Saturday morning farmer's market, as well as playgrounds, local hotels and the 4 diamond Ripplecove Resort and Spa, which has a superb restaurant offering sumptious gourmet dining. Miles of walking and cycling through our private estate and with easy access to the Tomifobia Nature trail leading between Ayer's Cliff and Vermont.
Numeous local events, activities and regional highlights to explore, from nature to luxurious spas, restaurants and top of the line golfing. Whether your tastes run to Chardonnay or burgers and fries at the renowned Wood's Friendly Snack Bar, your home base on our gorgoeus private estate will assure that you are within ready striking distance of it all.
