Property Description
This three bedroom, 2 bath unit is tastefully decorated for a great
vacation experience. The master bedroom has a king bed with separate
master bath, featuring a large tub and separate shower, along with
twin sink vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third
bedroom has a trundle bed, which provides two additional twin beds,
with easy access to the second bath. A large curving sofa sectional
in the living room provides views of the water and sun outside as
well as including another sofa sleeper and a built-in recliner. The
large screen, flat panel TV in the living room includes a built-in
DVD player and digital cable. Cable stations are also provided on the
TV in the Master Bedroom for a total of 2 TV sets in the unit.
Wireless high speed internet service is also provided for those
people who just can''t seem to escape the call of their computer!
Phone service includes free calls within the US and to Canada as
well. Outside on the full width balcony you can enjoy the view of the
water looking north and east all the way towards downtown Clearwater
and the Memorial Causeway Bridge. Folding chairs are provided in
the unit to set up on the balcony for conversation and relaxing as
well as two chaise lounges for an afternoon siesta! The Harborview
Grande condos were built in 2005 and are situated in the heart of the
South Beach area with easy access to restaurants, shopping, mini golf
and just a few short blocks to the white powdery sands of Clearwater
Beach. 7 night minimum
