Right on the glistening Gulf of Mexico is our gorgeous, immaculate South Beach Condo/Resort is a newer, chic, upbeat vacation resort! The units are all individually owned and there is a management company on-site to help you with your needs. Personally, I believe that this beach is absolutely magical. It is so expansive and picturesque with a fabulous walking or biking boardwalk that runs the length of the resort area of Treasure Island. So, let me tell you about my vacation home away from home…. ~~~~ We have a great gulf front pool with chairs, umbrellas and loungers ~~~~ We have shuffleboard and ping pong ~~~~ We even have outdoor grills and picnic areas to enjoy a freshly prepared beach meal We have lots of parking and we are located in walking distance to lots of eateries, bras, family shoppes and even a brand new Publix grocery store. Guess, what… we are one mile from the famous Johns Pass tourist complex. You can rent jet skis, fishing boats or even take the kids on a Pirate Boat trip. If you want to relax, take a sunset cruise on the gulf. Remember, though, each night you will see tremendous sunsets right from my balcony located directly in front of the beach…. You even have a pool view too!! So, you will want to know what amenities my condo offers to you once inside the unit. ~~~~ I have a laundry area with a full size washer and dryer. Why take home dirty clothes. ~~~~ All linens and towels are provided. ~~~~ We have a great king size bed and a sofa bed in the living room ~~~~ We also have 2 flat screen TVs.. new 42 inch flat-screen with cable and of course, wireless internet! ~~~~ Who likes granite? Well, we have a new full kitchen with granite counters and breakfast bar
