Three bedroom cottage in Emerald Isle.  Short walk to the beach.  Close to area shopping, recreations and Restaurants. Property is fully equipped with all of your vacation rental needs. All rentals are subject to 12.75% tax and a $75.00 administration fee.  There is also a $250.00 refundable damage deposit on C-Scape. Reservation Deposit is due within 7 days of recieving the rental contract consisting of 1/2 of the Rental Amount and Administration Fee.  Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
