Sunflower house is a pristine and comfortable 5 bedroom single family home located in the heart of Long Beach Island, voted one of the best shore communities in Long Beach Island. Long Beach Island is an upscale family oriented shore resort area.The beach a short block and a half or 8 houses away from the house is fantastic and spacious with a niice sandbar. The house has 5 bedrooms 2 of which have 3 double beds and the other 3 bedrooms have 1 double bed. There are two sitting areas, one on the top flloor and one on the 2nd floor. There is a fully stocked kitchen on the first floor equipped with dishwasher and toaster oven. The house is very clean and tastefully decorated. There is an outdoor shower and a patio with gas grill in the rear of the home.

Withing walking distance from the home is an arcade, pancake house, Woody's Restaurant (great burgers and porkroll sandwiches) and the Greenhouse Cafe. Tennis, jet ski rentals, and surfing equipment and rentals are close by. There are many fine shops on the island as well as a live theater, the Barnegat Light lighthouse and nature trail, Fantasy Island amusement park. There is something for everyone.
