Policies: I do require two night minimum to make a reservation. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking the reservation, if more than 45 days out. The remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to arrival. If you make a reservation less than 45 days prior to check in then I do require full payment at the time of confirming the reservation. I also require a completed rental agreement on file with all reservations. I cannot hold any reservations without a deposit, unless arrangements are made with owner. I do accept Visa, Master Card and Discover to make a reservation and I will mail you a receipt to sign and return to me.  Cancellation Policy: Currently at this time all rentals are final and no refunds will be issued.
