Rose's Rest is a cosy ground floor cottage just for 2 people located in the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds near Horncastle. A perfect location for a relaxing holiday in the English countryside but within easy reach of many attractions including the city of Lincoln and its fantastic historic cathedral.

Rose's Rest is a ground floor holiday cottage which is very well furnished with leather sofas and oak tables. The living area benifits from a wall mounter flatscreen TV and DVD player. A modern breakfast bar and fully equiped kitchen which has everything you will need, including a dishwasher. The bedroom has a king size double bed (5ft wide) which is very comfortable. An ensuite luxury shower room and WC is directly off the bedroom.

The cottage has full central heating and double glazing making it ideal for a holiday at anytime throughout the year. It also has high vaulted ceilings and original beams which were carfully preserved when the building was converted recently to make this luxurious holiday accommodation.

The cottage is set in extensive natural grounds, available for all guests to use and enjoy, that have fantastic panoramic views across the surrounding rolling hills of the Lincolnshire Wolds which is designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
