Location: Palm Harbor Club is located at the south end of Estero Island in a quiet neighbourhood. It is only a short walk to the beach. Boat rentals are available nearby. The Gulf of Mexico is accessable by boat in minutes. Description: The condo is on the fifth floor (the house has 8 stories). It has got 2 bedrooms, livingroom with dining area and kitchen with appliances like microwave, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc. Both bedrooms have walk-in-closents. Bedrooms and living-room have ceiling-fans. There are two bathrooms available, one has got a bathtub. Thru the sliding-doors in the living and master-bedroom you can access the balcony. Towels, bedsheets, dishes and silver are available. Washer and dryer are in the utility-room. The house has got an elevator. Tennis-courts and a heated pool belong to the area. Behind the house there is a boat-dock. Fort Myers Beach is a very popolar place and especially the north-end of the island is frequented by a great number of tourists. There are many bars and excellent restaurants and for most people there is no need to leave the island. The south end is a more quiet place. There you can find the only golf-course on the island. Within an hour's drive there are more than 120 golf-courses. In case somebody does'nt want to drive: There is a trolly-bus available for 25 cent. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the airport by car. On the island there is all kinds of shops, where you can buy anything from groceries to luxury goods.
