Relax in this Gulf front studio and enjoy the views of both the beach and pool. This budget friendly condo has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook at home and save money for your family. Full size fridge, new microwave, new coffee maker, blender, toaster and dish washer make cooking a breeze. The living room has two full size beds that comfortably sleep 4 people and includes a stylish leather sofa and TV with a DVD player. You can see the sugary white beach and watch your kids playing in the pool right from your window. There's a huge walk-in closet with an assortment of beach accessories for our guests to use. We installed new plush carpet in the living room in July 2011 and painted the bathroom in a relaxing blue in November 2012. New laminate floors and a new central air conditioner/heater were installed in March 2013. Top of the Gulf complex is located in the heart of Panama City Beach between LaVela/Spinnaker & Pineapple Willy's and within easy walking distance to shopping, family activities (bungee, go cart, mini golf), restaurants, bars, etc. The City of Panama City Beach has just renovated this area and put in pedestrian sidewalks, a pond with waterfr

Nearby Attractions: - Within a mile, there's live music and dancing at Spinnaker and Club La Vela, numerous restaurants such as Hammerhead Fred's, Mellow Mushroom and Pineapple Willie's, and tons of family fun, including Go Carts, Golf, Zoo World, Ripley's Believe It or Not, and Wonder Works.
We booked this studio for a family trip over Thanksgiving week, and we were very pleased with it. Two minor complaints-- 1) the condo pool was not heated, so the kids didn't get to swim at all and 2) The two skillets in the room were not in very good condition (one scorched all to hades and the other bent/dented) and it made cooking a little difficult. No worries, though, we bought an 8 and 10in skillet and left them there in the room for the next occupants to have an easier go at it. Coastal Daze was very easy to work with for booking, very prompt with communication--and I'm sure if we needed it, would have been prompt in addressing any issues. The studio was cozy with two beds, a couch, a kitchen area and a nice closet to store our things (also had a few beach fun items, boogie boards, goggles, frisbee, etc). We were extremely satisfied with our stay, had a great view of the gulf, easy access to the beach, and a very enjoyable week away from freezing cold Ohio. We would definitely be interested in returning to this studio condo for our next family get away to PCB. Highly recommended!
