The view in our first picture is is our hot tub. The next photo is the Chicago City Skyline view from our deck. They are both great places to relax after a day of travel, sightseeing, or business. Our winter specials are our lowest rates of the year and we offer great last minute specials all year around.. We have two comfortable apartments with many luxurious features that our guests enjoy. We have over 200 guest comments from our other online ads in 7 years of offering rentals Our rentals are located just South of Downtown Chicago in the very quiet and safe neighborhood of Bridgeport. We are 2.5 miles SW from McCormick place and 4.5 miles due south from Grant Park and our downtown. We are close to McCormick Place and all of the sights of Chicago The I-94 expressway is 1/4 mile away. We have a bus 1/2 block from our door and the train is a 1/2 mile walk. It is a 10-15 minute drive or cab ride or it's a quick train ride to all of our great attractions on our great public transportation system. This is one of the safest neighborhoods in Chicago. 5 of our last 8 Mayors over the last 80 years grew up in this section of this neighborhood. If you are coming for a conference at McCormick Place, please let us know when you inquire and we'll send travel information. This apartment has 3 bedrooms and each has a queen bed. It sleeps a maximum of 6 people. We also have a queen air bed that can be set up for one extra sleeping space. We are close to McCormick Place and all of the sights of Chicago. The I-94 expressway is 1/4 mile away. We have a bus 1/2 block from our door and the train is a 1/2 mile walk. It is easy to get anywhere in the city from our door. Each apartment has one full bathroom with the luxurious shower as shown in our photo section. There is an additional half bath that is shared that is located in our basement that both apartments use as a backup. We are located on a quiet and peaceful block. Our daily newspaper, the Chicago Sun Times recently reported that our neighborhood was voted the best place to trick or treat based on the safety and the family atmosphere of our area.
