Ski Cabin in Government Camp on Mt Hood Possibly the best location for a cabin. Only 75 feet off the business loop highway tucked behind some fir trees, Ravenwood is right downtown on the main street yet private and secluded. Parking will never be a problem in our plowed driveway and during winter storms it's only a few steps to RESTAURANTS, LIQUOR STORE, GROCERY STORE, TAVERNS, ETC. Ravenwood has 3 bedrooms with a king bed in the master, 3 doubles in the north bedroom, 3 doubles and a twin in the south bedroom. Bring your own wood for the rock fireplace or let the forced air furnace keep you snug. The kids will love the sledding hill in the front yard, and the foosball table downstairs. Your hungry army will love the 11 foot long table and fully stocked kitchen, just bring your food, there are eating tools for 16+ people. The great room has two full size sofas and a love seat, game table, cable TV, and a burl coffee table you can dance on or just put your feet on. We stayed at the cabin in late February and it was awesome. This will become an annual trip for us guaranteed. The location is perfect. The cabin was perfect. We loved absolutely everything about this trip.
