Breakers #240 is a Completely Renovated, TRUE Direct Oceanfront End Unit villa and has the Best View Hilton Head Island has to offer. The only thing between Breakers #240 and the ocean is a few feet of sand, you really can't get any closer. It's like being on the beach without leaving the villa. You'll get to enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean every second of your vacation. You can watch the kids jumping the waves and building sandcastles while relaxing on the sofa. You can actually call the kids in from the beach right from your own private balcony !
Being a end unit there is a side window in the living room which offers a wonderful view of the beautiful courtyard at the SeaCrest including the pond and fountain, also as a end unit you have added privacy. There are only three villas in the entire complex with this view. This is an ideal second floor villa, not too far up and not too low where shrubs and plantings obstructs your view, you have a panoramic view of the beach and ocean.
Breakers #240 will accommodate a maximum of four guests. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and bunks in hall alcove. Everything you need is provided, bed linens etc. The only thing you need to bring are bath towels and washcloths.
The Breakers Complex is one of Hilton Head Islands favorite vacation spots for couples and small families, you don't have to drive or walk to the beach you're already there, the ocean is right out the door. Complex has a large oceanfront pool area with plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing. There are two pools, one for the adults and a kiddie pool for the little ones. {Pool is heated from the first week of March until warm weather takes over.} A boardwalk provides easy access to the beach and ocean. Complex also offers covered parking and an onsite manager and security. The Breakers is a small quiet complex, there are only 120 units, perfect for a relaxing vacation.
If you're looking for a clean, cute, comfortable place to vacation look no further, our villa was completely renovated and is in great condition. We live on Hilton Head Island on North Forest Beach "our favorite area" so we are able to make sure our villa is clean and well maintained {The majority of our guests are repeat renters.}

Nearby Attractions: - Oceanfront Breakers is located on North Forest Beach Drive, this is the most desirable, convenient location on Hilton Head Island. You may not need to move your car, almost everything is within walking distance, including Waterfun Park. Right across the street, at Coligny Plaza, there are restaurants, grocery store, movie theater, quaint shops etc. If you like biking there are miles of bike baths right out your door.
