The villas at Scottsdale Camelback Resort offer everything a desert home should have. We feature the Monterey “Unit B” Floor Plan–Studio/One Bedroom Standard Villa. These lovely 713 square foot 2-story “townhouse loft” villas sleep 4 people in 2 beds (one queen bed in the bedroom alcove downstairs and one king bed in the loft area upstairs). The condos have a partial kitchen (2 burner rangetop, no oven), large living area with flat screen TV and fireplace, one bathroom with spa/jetted tub and shower, washer and dryer, and upstairs view balcony. The condos are bright, open and well-built, with plenty of exposed brick. We also get the Seville or Madeira two bedroom floor plans and the Barcelona three bedroom floor plan. The 2BR condos are similar, except the Seville offers 1055 square feet and the Madeira is a bit larger at 1270 square feet. Both spacious holiday rentals are single level and sleep 6 people in a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the other bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The condos have a full kitchen, large living area with flat screen TV and fireplace, two bathrooms, one with spa/jetted tub and shower and one with regular tub, washer and dryer, and patio or balcony. The condos are bright, open and well-built, with plenty of exposed brick. All Seville floor plan condos are Saturday check-ins and all are located on the first floor (no stairs). The spacious 3BR Barcelona two level villa for 8 people has 1381 square feet and comes with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The condos have a full kitchen, large living room.
