Located in the Mountain base area off of Mt Werner road, this refurbished 4bd/5ba Moraine Town Home is less than a ½ mile from the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort, which is a short ride on the FREE shuttle, a quick 2 minutes when driving by car, or an easy walk along the path to the base of the Ski area. You are also also only a few blocks from the Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course and the Steamboat Nordic Center. The Moraine Town Homes have an outdoor pool (summer only) and shared outdoor hot tubs that are open year round. The large open floor plan on the 1st level allows you to move freely from the kitchen, dining area (seating for 10-13) or the extra large living room with plenty of windows and a large deck framing the beautiful valley and mountains of Steamboat! The fully equipped kitchen with all stainless appliances and breakfast bar will be a welcome site for the cook in your family.
