Studio is also available for seasonal rental. Also the resort is getting green!!! We just installed a solar system for hot water for bathrooms (in the units) and other use. Also we replace all toilets in the units with new water efficient ones.
Fall of 2012 we opened a new gym equipped with weight lifts,tread mills and other friendly devices.
And also we are working on remodeling and painting the exterior of building making the hotel resort more apealing.

By Hana Spacek (Canada) We spent the whole months of March in this studio and it was with heavy hearts when time came to leave. In fact, I liked it so much I am treating my son's family to two weeks in summer. The place is small but tidy and efficient, and the best part is it's fifth floor balcony. We spent many times there watching the ocean, people on the beach, and full moon (with cold drinks in hand). The condo staff is friendly, the building could not be situated any better, and there are many activities and attractions available in the vicinity. It was nice to meet the friendly owner - Michael. Thanks for wonderful memories!
pirates cove January 8, 2012 enjoyed our stay at pirates cove. The location could not have been better sitting on the beach.We got up in the morning stood on the balcony and watched the dolphins.Five minutes up the street is all the attractions.Thanks Mike for your condo we hope you will allow us to rent it again.
