Our wonderful villa is located on the prestigious Lake Berkley gated resort in Kissimmee, only 12 minutes from Disney. Lake Berkley is a tranquil haven nestled in a natural Floridian landscape incorporating mature trees and waterways, and yet it's only 3 minutes from a 24 hour Walmart superstore and the bustling 192 highway with it's wide choice of restaurants and shops. It really is the 'Best of Both Worlds'...!! 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms means there is no shortage of space to accomodate up to 8 persons. The home incorporates a comfortable lounge with flat screen cable TV, two large leather sofas and sliding glass door access to the private pool, two dining areas , and a private pool with a lake view. There is a king size master suite, a queen size second master suite and two twin bedrooms with shared bathroom. The property is fully air-conditioned. Only 12 minutes to Disney and 3 minutes from shops and restaurants, including a 24 hr Wal-Mart superstore, Lake Berkley has it all. A clubhouse with fitness centre, internet facilities, a resort swimming pool, children's playground, fishing lake and walking nature trails. Our home has free wireless internet throughout, hair dryers in each bathroom, and all towels and linen are provided. A washer, dryer, ironing board and iron are also provided for use by our guests. The outdoor pool has no rear neighbours and overlooks the tennis courts and a lake that has a backdrop of mature trees, providing a natural haven for Florida's extensive wildlife.
