Besides being on the beach, you also have the boardwalk at your feet and downtown shopping is within walking distance.

We'd never rented a vacation property before so we weren't quite sure what to expect. When we opened the door we were blown away by how beautiful and clean and comfortable this house was. The beds and pillows were amazing, and we made quick use of the washer and dryer in the house. We cooked quite a bit while we were there and found all of the tools we'd need, plus dishes, silverware, glasses, and a dishwasher to clean it all up! The house is amazingly quiet, and my teenage boys appreciated having separate spaces and great wi-fi. We would recommend this place to anyone. We are checking our calendars to see when we can swing a trip back. It was perfect
This property was perfect for our weekend visit. The owner is so very kind and generous. The house is spacious and warmed with charm and family friendliness, you can do so much together it just feels like a home away from home. Comfortable and well maintained, We had a wonderful stay.The location is amazing. Truly a fantastic, charming place. We promise to return!

He even offered us early check-in since the room was cleaned earlier in the morning. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms a decent size.The view from the patio was beautiful. Plenty of chairs and a table just perfect for watching the morning sunrise or for sitting while sipping on a glass of wine in the evening. I would definitely recommend.

We just loved the place. It was just as it was described. The welcome bottle of wine was such a great touch. The fact I could bring my 2 little dogs was really great. We can't wait to go back again.
We were so impressed with this house! It was the perfect setting for a family 50th birthday celebration. It exceeded all our expectations! It was well equipped to handle our 12 family member 7 course birthday dinner! From the wonderful fireplaces to the entertaining theater room and the relaxing hot tub! The home has such a comforting energy that made us all feel at home. The owner have really done a wonderful job with this relaxing home! We certainly want to return to this home for more special occasions and celebrations. It was so hard to leave and this was rare as we have rented many vacation homes. I could go on and on but I think you can see we were very pleased! Thank you!
The house was beautiful and comfortable. There was 6 of us and there was enough room to spread out and enjoy. The house is in a great location.
Upon arrival we found the house very clean, open and up to date. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and well supplied. Kitchen was clean and also well supplied. As for location, the house is within walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. We highly recommend this property and will stay again when back in Ocean city NJ.
We booked this great house.The wonderfully-stocked kitchen and gas grill made it convenient to eat in rather than to go out, which means we could be more flexible in planning and scheduling meals. It was also really easy for our kids to take a short walk on the beach--or have a "date" at the local amusement area--with us grandparents able to take right over and babysit, when the timing was right. The beaches, too, were immaculate and the swimming was sublime. There is nothing like being right on the ocean. We would absolutely recommend this property for grandparents, parents and kids of all ages.
Beautiful location with perfect beach front view. We loved being able to walk onto our private beach from the front steps. The views of the beach from the house is specatucular! My family enjoyed our stay. Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
Amazing! Beautiful neighborhood. Spectacular views!! Very relaxing environment. We really enjoyed our stay. LOTS of run around space for our kids. We really enjoyed the grill as well. Any place will have some negatives so I would say overall this rental was great!. The property is very clean. When I go back to Ocean city,I would stay here again.
We spent an excellent stay in the house. We found the house very well maintained and clean. It is very well located, close to the beach.It is a stylish house, very nice, with modern equipment and amenities. The bathroooms, kitchen, rooms, all of them nicely decorated. we spent a great time there. There is a room in the backyard, very modern and excellent for a good rest. Matt, the owner, was excellent, he helped us a lot, gave a lot of recommendations and was always ready to make feel very comfortable. Thank you Matt!. If you go to Ocean city, and you are looking for a house with these characteristics, do not lose your time: this is the house for you. Super recommended!
