Best Property In Parker!

My husband and I are regular river rats. We have been coming to Parker, AZ/CA since my husband was a baby. We have stayed at several different properties both on the Arizona side and the California side. This property takes the cake! The home is gorgeous, roomy, clean, & best of all FUN!!! The patio is huge and accommodates all different things. You can have a group BBQ, nap, lay in the shade, lay in the sun, eat lunch, etc. The patio has everything!!! Tables with umbrellas, patio lighting for night time fun, chairs to lay out, buoys to tie-up to, hooks to tie-up to, electrical power on the patio for a stereo, etc. The best part is your part of the waterfront is soft sand (no rocks) and stays about 4 feet deep for about 10+ feet out. Which means you have your own personal beach for swimming, tying up rafts, etc. It was great for letting the little kids swim or float and for playing sports in the water, or just taking a quick dip. The amount of water front space this house has is unreal! You are right near all the action. The house is 2 houses up from a boat launch and only about 7 minutes from downtown parker (grocery store, starbucks, etc). I’m telling you the patio alone is worth every penny. Its prime real estate. But lucky for us the house was just as worth it. The house had a big living room, great seating areas for meals, lots of counter space for cooking, super comfortable beds, clean showers etc. You can tell the homeowners truly care about this home. It was very clean and cozy. The air worked great the entire time. It also had great use of the space. Each of the rooms had its own bathroom and TV (with Cable). This allowed for our large group to each have a bed and shower. The house had so much charm and warmth. It really felt like a home-away-from-home. The views from inside the house are gorgeous. The master bedroom even has its own exit to the patio. The house had so many great features it’s hard to not ramble on about them all. I also want to take a minute to comment on the amazing staff at David Plunkett Realty who rented us this house. Their customer service alone makes it all worth it. They were so responsive, kind, helpful, etc. throughout the entire process. They even gave us a little welcome package when we first arrived to help us get our river trip started (so sweet). They are experts on how to make their renters feel like royalty. We worked with Carla for most of the experience and she was superb. She helped us along the entire way, even inspite of my millions of emails and questions. She was fantastic! Everyone there was. They were so great. I know for a fact that I will use them in the future for my river vacation rentals and would be quick to recommended them to anyone who asked for a referral. If you have a chance to rent this home, I promise you, you will not regret it. It’s such a gem!
