Our Penthouse Condo at Estero Beach and Tennis Club has just been remodeled and updated. We have WIFI in the unit. This Penthouse condo has a spectular view of the Gulf of Mexico. You can sit out on the balcony and enjoy the dolphins playing, many different species of birds feeding and watching fantastic sunsets each evening. Watching and listening to the surf crashing on the sandy beach is very relaxing and enjoyable. The complex is on ten acres of beach front property. You will walk straight out of our building to the pool and then directly to the sandy beach. There are four clay tennis courts, shuffle board, bocce ball, and BBQ grills on our property. Across the street is a public golf course, Fish Tale Marina and Santini Mall. The Marine has many different boat excursions available and boat rentals. There are many wonderful restaurants within walking distance. A trolley runs up and down the island every fifteen minutes for a nominal fee. It is truly an island of Paradise!
