There is a secluded beach only a 10 minute walk from the villa. For surfers, Mal Pais is a quick 30 minute drive. Montazuma and Cobano are also only a short distance. There are two golf courses (one 9 hole and one 18 hole) located minutes from the property. A variety of restaurants are located within a few minutes drive from the house.
