Location is perfect; the quiet oasis of the canals with access to the ocean via a short bicycle trip an added highlight. The house and amenities where a great balance between practicality, function and esthetics. Obvious that the owner put some serious thought and special attention into creating a very unique space. Easy to leave the fast pace and hordes of people found at Venice beach and find sanctuary only a few minutes away at this special spot. Highlights included: wonderful open kitchen and dining room ( great entertaining spot), large open air master bedroom, very cool bathrooms( showers are the best) and 5 pm margaritas in the garden next to the canals!
Dear Pamela, We just returned home after a great USA LA vacation. We really enjoyed staying in your house and liked the whole design. This is exactly our taste for interior and architecture so perfect for us. Location was perfect and very convenient for all the things we had planned and of course safe walking distance from the beach. Fun to see all the tourist walk the canals and special to see all the filming for all sorts of TV programs. We even where presence at the Venice boardwalk while Red hot chili peppers where shooting their new music video so great for my three girls. What a stories they have to tell.
