Welcome to our fantastic Lake Tahoe vacation house with multiple bedrooms, a big upstairs great room, huge front porch, private hot tub, lake/dock access, buoy (by reservation), swim club with pool and snack shack, tennis courts, volleyball and grass play areas for the entire family.

The house features an open floor plan which is great for entertaining, dining or spending long hours soaking up the famous Lake Tahoe sunshine. It has been remodeled with new hardwood floors and ceramic tile throughout. The great room has cathedral ceilings with floor to ceiling windows and a view of the forest and ample sunshine. The living/dining room is decorated with a new dining farm table with enough room for large family gatherings and seating for up to 10 people. It also features two cozy couches, arm chair, and blankets for nights with popcorn and a movie. The kitchen has all new appliances including a gas cooktop and all the modern kitchen amenities.

The house has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are located downstairs, have beautiful views of the forest surroundings and have recently been updated. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, its own private master bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds for plenty of room for the kids. These two bedrooms share a neighboring full bathroom. Added bonus is the downstairs laundry room with washer and dryer. Off of the upstairs great room are sliding glass doors opening onto a large deck that runs the length of the house and features an outdoor dining area with table and chairs, gas barbecue and sitting area.

On the back deck is a Hot Springs Spa/Jacuzzi which is perfect to relax the muscles after a long day skiing or wakeboarding. The house also features a large grassy yard which is perfect for games with the kids. Included with the summer house rental is access to the Agate Bay Fun and Sun Club. This private club features a very large heated pool facility that is great for all. Nestled in the grand Tahoe pines, the pool facility receives strong sun all day and is directly adjacent to a snack shack, volleyball courts, grass play areas, and neighboring tennis courts. The club also features one of the nicest private piers on Lake Tahoe with a full time dock worker, swim platform, rocky beach and sitting areas for soaking up the view of the lake.
