Cottage Rental Facilities BEACH WALK WAY TO WATERFRONT Two bedrooms (1 queen size bed, 2 twin beds with 1 trundle bed, plus futon in sunroom, 1 couch, 1 daybed and futon off of living room. Sleeps 6+) one bathroom with shower, great, cozy, secure, fenced in back yard with fire pit, full amenities include: washer, dryer, Weber charcoal grill, dish washer, coffee pot ,Direct TV with DVD and VCR, (note: no cable) phone available for local calls, dishes & pots and pans, toaster, micro wave, yard furniture includes bar & large picnic table, some beach chairs etc... BRING YOUR OWN: Sheets, towels, blankets; washcloths and beach towels (Washer & dryer provided not detergent) Departure Rules: Cottage must clean and left as it was found; garbage thrown, dishwasher emptied. Option: Cleaning fee of $200 must be given to the owned prior to moving if you wish to hire a cleaning service instead of doing it yourself. Available: Saturday to Saturday Arrival time: In by 3 p.m. Departure time: Out by 12:00 noon. Rates: June: $850.00 per week; July-August: $1,200 per week. Sept.- Oct $850 per week.
