Cottage Rental Facilities Fabulous waterfront view four bedrooms, two bathrooms and an outdoor shower, three decks, gated community. Departure Rules: Cottage must be swept; garbage thrown, all linens & towels washed dried and folded. We will have linens to match color of each room they are to be left in. Dishwasher emptied. Beach chairs back on deck. (We have added ½ hour to departure time for this reason.) A fee will be added to your departure if these rules are not followed.
