This great one bedroom apartment is centrally located between Condado Marriot and La Concha Hotels. Right on a sandy stretch of beach, with incredible views of the ocean below through a wall of sliding glass doors in the living room and more windows in the bedroom. The apartment has a/c and ceiling fans but you might prefer to sleep with the tropical breeze blowing in, listening to the soothing sound of the waves. The apartment has approximately675 square feet, a full kitchen, a queen size bed in the bedroom, and another queen size futon in the living room. There are two televisions, one with a DVD/VCR and free high speed internet connection. The kitchen has everything you may need: stove, oven, microwave, toaster and blender. There is a phone with free local calls. On the first floor you'll find a convenient coin operated laundry room. Each floor of the 12 story building has a separate elevator and stairwell key for added security. All towels and sheets are provided including beach towels.
