We worked closely with an interior designer and used high quality furnishings and fabrics throughout the home. The result is not only very attractive, but practical and comfortable too. There is plenty of storage space and the feeling of luxury as well as space can be felt throughout the home. To add to the flexibility there is a pull out sleeper sofa in the formal lounge. Dual Air Conditioning The home is equipped with Dual Air Conditioning and Hot Air Heating. The temperature is set independently for both floors ensuring the home remains at a constant comfortable temperature. Every room is air conditioned and additional ceiling fans in every bedroom; the gathering room and formal lounge provide further air circulation and cooling when required.
