Our vacation rental home is located in beautiful and scenic Gold Canyon AZ. This home is built on one of the premier lots in Gold Canyon, and boasts incredible views of the Superstition Mountains and Dinosaur Mountain, and overlooks a valley where Dinosaur Mountain Golf Course meanders through. Our home is located on a hill at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Enjoy gorgeous sunrises from the back yard and patio, and sunsets from the front courtyard. See the lighting change the color of the mountains throughout the day! The home is in a beautiful, quiet community approximately 45 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, and approximately 20 minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport. While you are are away from the busy cities and traffic, you are less than 5 minutes from local shopping, 15 minutes from major retail stores, and 20 minutes from the nearest shopping mall. Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale and many other communities are within a short driving distance. Tucson and Sedona are close enough to make a nice day visit. The golf course choices are many! Our home has a master suite with king bed, private bath, and walk in closet. The master suite has a sitting area with windows for enjoying the incredible mountain and golf course views. There is also a small desk area in the master bedroom. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed, and the other with a queen bed. All mattresses are comfortable. All bedrooms have a television. The two additional bedrooms share a bathroom. The home has a large, fully equipped kitchen, with an informal dining area with windows that again overlook the mountains and golf course views. There is also a formal dining area, fully furnished living area, extra 1/2 bath, laundry room, 2 car garage, a wonderful backyard with plenty of patio area and furniture, and a front courtyard area also with a patio set. Total interior square footage is 2,400. We also have a set of women's and men's right handed golf clubs available for guest use. There is a large heated community pool and spa, and the community offers an extensive hiking trail system. We also have added a private spa that is available for guest use.
