We recently stayed at Great Escape that we found through http://DestinationBigBear.com. The place was amazing! It has a fully stocked kitchen and an outside hot tube. It was just as described online and much more. The booking was a breeze and the staff was very helpful with anything questions we had. We recommend this cabin to anyone!
We were looking for 3 bedrooms all over, finally we found Destination Big Bear with many variety of cabins. I reserved the Great Escape over the phone and they send me the contract by email, so easy. turns out it had a bonus room so, bonus... My family and I absolutely loved this place and we wished we could have stayed longer. The rates were very reasonable. This place was very clean with comfortable rooms and beds, the fireplace was a nice touch, and we liked sitting out on the deck. The Destination Big Bear customer service was so nice and responsible. I called them to mention a very minor problem with the faucet and they send their service manager right away. We will definitely stay again.
