At a mere 800 meters from the spectacular beach of Xcalacoco, at the edge of Playa del Carmen, you can find the peaceful and cheerfully colored neighborhood of Balam Tun. Aside from a laundry/ internetcafe/supermarket and night store the neighborhood has recently been with equipped with at least one charming vacation rental. With 3 spacious bedrooms/living room/kitchen/bathroom/2 toilets/balcony and lovely garden the house is the perfect accommodation for 1-6 people who'd like to enjoy the same beach as several practically adjacent resorts, but also retreat from tourism now and then. Though semi-secluded, the ever exciting nightlife of downtown Playa del Carmen, and the famous 'Fifth avenue', is just a 10 minute drive away.
