There are few cottages on the Outer Banks like ours where you will find the views we offer and have a pond and the Cape Hatteras National Park as a back yard. Relax in one of our deck chairs or take a stroll along the six miles of bike/walking trails in front of the cottage. The beach access is only 100 feet away leading you to the best stretch of white-sand beach in Nags Hea. Escape the hustle and bustle of the noise you will find north of here. The top floor is designed for family gatherings with the large Family room flowing into the Dining room and an open Kitchen area. This area has cathedral ceilings with a paddle fan and large windows. A sliding glass door leads out onto a covered porch area facing the ocean providing a nice relaxing atmosphere, use the built in bench and table to have a meal outside or to socialize. The covered porch leads to a large sun deck that runs along the south side of the house. The south deck leads to a large sun deck along the west side of the house that is excellent for entertaining and watching the sun set over the park. The Family room has a 40” flat screen TV with DVD player, board games and video library. The Kitchen area is going through a major renovation this Spring with new cabinets and counter tops. The two full baths are also being remodeled. The washer and dryer are located on the middle floor with the three bedrooms. Each bedroom has a paddle fan, flat screen TV and DVD player. Enjoy the large covered porch on the middle floor with ocean views. There is a large storage room under the house to secure your belongings. Feel free to use the fish cleaning station and the enclosed outside shower. Plenty of off street parking for you and your guests. Located on nearly 1/2 acre and this cottage feels secluded from the other neighborhoods and traffic. Oregon Inlet is only 3 miles away where you can watch the charter boats come in with their catch at 4:30pm or drive out on the beach. The Outer Banks fishing Pier is 1 1/2 miles north or you can fish from the beach.
