WELCOME TO SUNRIVER RETREAT...Our dog friendly Sunriver vacation home is 3BD/2BA, sleeps 6+ and has everything to make your stay in Sunriver comfortable and memorable!
Our home is centrally located in the heart of Sunriver, just a short walking distance from Fort Rock Park. The front of the house features a comfortable great room floor plan- a perfect space for playing games, reading, relaxing, dining, lounging, cooking and more. The home has a unique window-wall sunroom that fills the great room with natural light and let's Guests enjoy the outdoors while inside the home.
Other features of our sunriver vacation rental include; river-rock wood burning fireplace, log furniture & accent cedar walls, an updated and well equipped kitchen with granite countertops, 42" Plasma TV in the great room, cable TV in every bedroom, free Wi-Fi, a pool table and ping pong table! Outside you will find a private deck with hot tub & space for barbecuing & outdoor dining
Room & Layout Details: Our Sunriver vacation rental features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master Suite has a queen log pine bed, Cable TV, DVD player and adjoining updated bathroom with granite countertops. 2nd bedroom has a queen log pine bed, Cable TV and DVD player. 3rd bedroom has a set of log pine bunks, Cable TV & VCR with a great selection of kids movies! The living room has a sleeper sofa.
FREE Aquatic Center Access!! We offer our Guests FREE unlimited access to the NEW Sunriver Homeowner's Aquatic and Recreation Center (SHARC) Facility (open year round starting Memorial Day Weekend May 2012) The facility will be open to the general public including: indoor and outdoor recreation pools, 15-person outdoor adult hot tub, outdoor lazy river, water slides and kiddie pool, sand play area, indoor/outdoor café, picnic areas, playground, basketball court, sledding hill, event/meeting rooms, 1,000-person outdoor amphitheater

Sunriver features 2 swimming pools (FREE access with your stay), 23 tennis courts, 30 plus miles of bike paths, grocery store and restaurants.

We loved our time in this home. The open floor plan and pool table were a huge hit for my family. The park was just steps away to play tennis and basketball. We can't wait to come back next year!
Charming cozy family home perfect for a fun family getaway or a weekend with close friends. The house is beautifully decorated and the interior has lots of modern updates. The hot tub is wonderful for a soak after a day of bike riding or simply walking the Sunriver trails. The house is located near the park, a fantastic aspect for those with small children. Highly recommend this cute family home for a wonderful time in Sunriver.
Myself and my three teenage daughters took a few days away. We loved the the rustic charm of the house and all the decorations, it had everything we needed, the weather wasn't great so we didn't get to take advantave of the sun, but we did have some wild rides on the bikes, we rode for so long and so far, we had the police ask us if we were lost! Too Funny. We are not pool players, but learned while we were there with the table in the garage, my youngest got quite good!! and now seems to want to play all the time. Loved that we were all on one level, and a fabulous hot tub!! Thanks so much! Next time we plan to stay longer
We stayed at Lark 12 shortly before Christmas. I was a little hesitant to book this property because of the absence of reviews...as it turned out, I am so glad I booked this home! The home was comfortable, warm, and was the perfect size for 4 adults and 1 child. We could bring our dog, for a nominal fee, which is an added bonus. The beds were comfortable, the home was clean and nicely decorated--we played pool in the garage even though it was pretty cold outside (the pool table is small, but still made for some extra fun). We used the hot tub which was clean and a welcome sight at the end of ski day. The fireplace is amazing and we kept the fire stoked in our waking hours--there is plenty of nicely stored wood to use in the garage. Our Mt. Bachelor passes were waiting for us when we arrived--saving us time on the mountain. There were treats for the dog and a nice welcome note upon arrival. There was also free long distance. The only (slight) negative is that the walls are pretty thin so you can hear conversations in the next room--though this didn't make much of a difference for us as we were all exhausted every day from skiing and we fell asleep quickly. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. We will book this property again for sure--we didn't want to go home! Thank you for the wonderful stay!
We really enjoyed our stay in this house with it's great fireplace and hot tub. Our dog loved all the windows. She was able to watch the deer and squirrels all day long. We also loved being so close to the bike path and Fort Rock Park

If you're looking for a Sunriver getaway that offers both a welcomed-guest feeling and at-home comfort, look no further. Bright and open, this clean and cozy 3-bedroom, family-friendly home easily accommodated our group of seven and offered us all the vacation conveniences we were hoping to find. The greatroom floor plan and adjoining sunroom make the main living area a place to play, relax, and enjoy meals together. Ft. Rock park is just a short walk up the road. The kids loved having a playground nearby and seeing deer roam around the area. The home is located in the "heart" of Sunriver, close to Sunriver Village and the main lodge. We will definitely return.
