First off, we found this property by accident. We initially had booked another but at the last minute the lady cancelled on us and we had to scramble to find something else. We were suprised how clean and well-organized everything was at the house. We've stayed at other vacation rentals and some of them look like someone's just thrown things in there. This place has really nice furnishings. The furniture was comfortable not just nice looking. My 2 daughters age (25 & 21) stayed with my husband and I. They liked the fact they could walk around the corner to Angelo's for a burger or across the street to the lagoon/nature preserve. The beach was an easy couple of blocks and we liked that there were no hills or steps going to the beach. It was a residential area so there was minimal traffic as well. The kitchen has everything we usually use at our house and a little extra. The appliances were stainless steel and they had a "Cuisinart" coffeemaker just like the one we have at home. My husband really liked the mattress we slept on in the Master bedroom and we found out the owner works for a mattress manufacturer so he upgraded all the mattresses at this place. Way to go!!! My husband also really liked that we had our own television in the bedroom so he didn't have to go too far to watch his favorite sports teams. The house has all plasma t.v.s even in the twin bedroom which was nice for my girls too. I think the girls really liked the free WI-Fi and all the free cable channels the most. I personally liked the backyard patio. There was a large spa and the yard was large and spacious - very private. We used that quite a bit. It was nice to have after a long day of shopping. I think our biggest complaint is that we had to leave. Oh and the weather was awesome!!!
My husband and I stayed here with our two teenage boys and our youngest daughter. The house was beautifull in all aspects and I was very much impressed with how clean and spacious the whole place was. The rooms were large and beautifully and thoughtfully decorated as was the rest of the house. We were provided with everything we needed to enjoy our time there and have a comfortable stay. In all the rooms there were plasma tv's, we had access to the free wifi, which was great. I fell in love with the kitchen and all its stainless steel appliances. I loved the fact that it was close enough to the beach for my family and I to easily walk to. The walk to the beach took only a few minutes and was only a couple of blocks over. My husband and I enjoyed walking on the beach and watching the sunset as our children swam and built sand castles in the sand. We were also close enough to walk to the nearby stores. At night my husband and I enjoyed our time out back in the big backyard where their was a hot tub. There were games for our children and even a swing set for our youngest to enjoy. We would absolutly recomend this coastal beach house to all our friends and family and cant wait to go back for another stay!!!
