Lower Hughes easily accommodates six people with two queen sized beds and a new leather sofa sleeper. A queen aerobed is also available upon request.

The main level has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living area. The bedroom has a queen bed with upgraded linens. It has mirrored doors and a flat screen TV. The living area is comfortable with new leather furniture including a sofa sleeper. Stay warm with the gas fireplace. There is a flat screen TV and DVD. This level boasts expansive windows and a deck that allow viewing the fabulous runs at the Winter Park Resort. The kitchen is well-equipped and open to the dining and living area. The deck on the main level has a gas grill. The main level also has a washer and dryer. Stow your equipment in the outdoor ski locker near the front door.

The upper level contains a beautiful master suite with a bathroom with shower, gas fireplace, hot tub, flat screen TV, queen bed with upgraded linens, and expansive windows with spectacular views.

The Winter Park Place common area provides a large hot tub and sauna. There are two washers and two dryers in the common area. There's plenty of parking in the lot in front of the building.

Lower Hughes at Winter Park Place is located 1/3 of a mile from the base of Winter Park Ski Resort and an easy free 2 minute shuttle ride to the resort lifts. The shuttle picks you up just outside the front of the condo. The town of Winter Park with its local shops, restaurants, sledding and tubing hills is only a couple miles away. Adjacent to the back of the building is the Fraser River, which is a perfect place to relax, or hike the Fraser River Trail which is just a few moments walk from the condo. The Fraser River runs behind the building and is wonderful at all times of the year.
