This was our fifth stay on Puerto Rico and second stay with this owner. First, we had a great time on the island. It was beautiful weather the entire time and fantastic people living there. Second, this property was very well kept both inside and out. The apartment was comfortable and well stocked. It was small in the kitchen area but that is to be expected in an effiecny apartment. I highly recommend this property and owner for anyone's trip to San Jean.
We had a great time on our trip to Puerto Rico. We were on the island for twelve days. The owner was easy to work with even when we used the parking spot and needed to get the security clicker for the gate after we had arrived. The complex is very secure and always clean. The apartment was well maintained and the bathroom had even been refurbished. The view was incredible. We didn't spend much time in the apartment since there was so much to do in San Juan but when we were there, it was comfortable and had several amenities included. There was free Internet and basic cable, along with other items you would expect from this type of rental. We highly recommend this apartment and trip.
We have stayed in this apartment numerous times during the past 10 years. We always call Joe and ask if we may rent the same apartment. It has become a "home away from home" for us ...! His rent is very reasonable, and considering that people are staying in a big hotel next door for between $200 and $300 a night, we are certainly ahead of the game. The apartment is always cleaned and ready for us when we arrive. Also, the security is quite adequate, and we feel completely safe there. We usually spend two or three weeks there when we visit San Juan. Don & Tom
