Winter Park base lifts are only 3 miles away and are easily accessible from free winter park shuttle stop that is a short walk from this townhome. Inside, our cozy 800 square foot, two-story unit has a modern, fully stocked kitchen which is situated next to a private tranquil patio complete with barbecue and outdoor seating. The front room has a queen-size fold-out couch, and a newly remodeled bathroom. The upstairs offers two bedrooms. One with a king bed and a private deck, the second with two full size bunked beds. The full upstairs bathroom has also been renovated. Right across the street is the clubhouse with an indoor pool, hot tub and coin laundry. Behind the clubhouse is Vasquez Creek and easy access into Arapahoe National Forest. Tennis and basketball courts are just up the hill. Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake are 30 miles north and there are three public golf courses within 30 miles.
