This 2-bedrrom/2-bath home has oversized rooms and lots of outdoor space. These are the upper two stories of a spacious, beautiful house in Rincon de Guayabitos, a little beach town one hour north of Puerto Vallarta (you fly into PV). This is the sister town to La Penita.

We are next to the very best section of a wonderful beach, great for walking, about 3 kms long, with access just steps from the house on a private path. Waves are usually gentle in contrast to the surfing beaches nearby, so swimming is fabulous. There are boogy boards, umbrellas and other beach toys available for you.

The yard is home to many palms and flowers and attracts a variety of birds, including hummingbirds. The garden also features fruit trees including limes, oranges, bananas and avocados for you to pick and enjoy.

The house is suitable for up to four people - one bedroom has a king size bed and the other has two single beds. Both bathrooms are large and well supplied with towels.

The kitchen has been recently renovated and has granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher.

The main balcony has a large gas BBQ, a bar, and a seating area suitable for dining or entertaining. There are also two smaller balconies facing the morning sun.

The rooftop deck has 360º views, and you can relax and lounge in the sun or under the shady palapa.

You will find a full laundry room with both a washer and dryer, also a clothesline.

There is efficient Wireless Hi-Speed Internet so you can bring your laptop, set up outside and check your email anywhere. There’s also a large flat-screen TV with satellite TV provided.

It takes only 15 - 20 minutes to walk from the house to downtown Guayabitos or the sister town La Peñita, either of which offers local shopping: wonderful fresh produce, staple goods, beer and wine and spirits, toiletries and lotions, etc.
