Located on an Ocean side Private road, off of Historic Alii Drive, which runs from Kailua Kona south, to Keauhou. This home is centrally located and close to everything. Large home consists of an upscale 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and an Ocean view Lanai. Lower level is a large 2 bedroom, 2 bath home in itself, and has a very large covered lanai for conversation, dining, and relaxing. Both floors have vaulted ceilings, and each floor has its own Laundry area!

Nearby Attractions: - Just the 5th house from the Ocean, and the 2nd house from Alii Drive. A 2 minute leisurely stroll down the private road for Sunset viewing along the rugged coast. There are several sandy beach areas within a few miles down Alii Drive, though the beaches on the Big Island are quite spread out! Stays less than our minimum can be arranged with an $80 nightly short stay fee added. We do not do 1 or 2 night rentals.
