With its wide open views of the Gulf of Mexico and private pool and hot tub. The Pink Palace features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms to sleep 12 guests. As soon as you walk in, in the first floor is the first bathroom with two queen beds, gourmet kitchen, butler pantry, spacious living room and contemporary decor. Experience the sweeping staircase in the entry way and marvel at the imported chandeliers throughout the home. Second floor is the master suite with a king bed which provides magnificent water views and has private balcony along with a large bathroom. Second bedroom is located on the second floor with one queen bed. Completely upgraded and ready for a great vacation! In addition to the lavish set up in the main house, a private apartment in the back of the property, is included. The apartment is a secluded, private and separate part of the house, it features a bedroom with a queen bed and a Queen Sofa bed [or Sleeper coach], small kitchen, full bath, 60"TV, DVD player, stereo & complete entertainment center. The apartment can be rented separately or together with the main house. If rented separately, there may be occupants in the main house. This makes for a total of 1 king, 4 queen beds and 2 pullout sofas to sleep 12 guests. Extra air mattresses and baby equipment may be available for use. Please read this review, it includes vital information about the owner's lack of professionalism in fairly dealing with clients in adverse situations. I stayed at the pink palace from 2/19/11-2/26/11. It is actually a beautiful home located on the beach with great views of the beach and sunsets. The home is spacious and well furnished, although a bit outdated. The home was cleaned other than the kitchen, which was quite filthy. There were many utensils in kitchen drawers which had not at all been cleaned since their last use. Our main complaint was that the home was advertised as having central air conditioning, however it did not function for the entirety of our stay. We contacted the owner, Joe Duran on our 3rd day to inform him of our problem and initially he was receptive and offered immediate solutions. Unfortunately for 3 more days the "immediate solutions" that he offered were falsified and we stayed in an expensive beach house with no air conditioning in 80 degree weather for 6 days. The guests included 2 1 year olds and 2 other children who endured 6 nights of sleeping in an 80+ degree home. After speaking with the owner on multiple occasions he finally agreed to refund $500 of the total cost, however this was only after multiple days of lying to us that the problem would be fixed immediately. Please be aware that while the owner took some actions to correct our problem he lied frequently to temporarily placate us. Please take this account into consideration.
