Our 1800 Square foot 3 Story Waterfront Condo is spacious and has a great layout. It has 2 + bedrooms with large closets, 2.5 baths, 2 family rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and comes with a private boat slip and WIFI. It is well furnished and appointed and has everything you need to make for a great vacation any time of the year! We have enough space to comfortable accomodate 10 guests while still leaving room to breathe!
Having two family rooms is GREAT especially if you have kids and need some space. The kid's can watch tv or play video games while the adults watch football on the flat panel upstairs. There's a large balcony off the main level family room and a walkout from the lower level family room.
THE LOWER LEVEL WALK-OUT is very spacious and great for gatherings by the fireplace. At night it can easily convert into an additional sleeping quarter. There's a queen sofa sleeper and two (2) twin hideaway beds, a full bathroom and laundry room.
THE MAIN FLOOR - There's a living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, half bath, and an amazing balcony overlooking the lake. Having the kitchen and a family room with balcony on the main floor is great because it gives the early morning risers from other floors a place to escape to without disturbing the sleepy heads. Then you can step right out onto the balcony to enjoy a cup a coffee as the sun rises.
THE UPPER LEVEL BEDROOMS - There's a large master bedroom with a king size bed and a very large walk in closet. There's also a twin rollaway if you have a little one that needs to stay close by. The 2nd bedroom sleeps five. It has a double/twin bunk bed and twin/twin bunks, and a large walk in closet for everyone’s belongings. There's a full bathroom.
More about your sleeping accomodations: Although there are enough beds to accomodate 12 guests, there is a maximum of 10, unless otherwise agreed to. The extra beds are to facilitate flexibility and convenience in the sleeping arrangements. In Sum there's: Large Master Bedroom with King Bed. There's large walk-in closet and a twin rollaway bed if needed, especially for the little one's who need to stay close by. 2nd Bedrooms sleeps 5 with Twin/twin and Twin/Double bunks.
