This Guest House Cottage with Pool and Spa is located in the heart of Hollywood near Larchmont Village and central to all Hollywood landmarks, twenty minutes to the beach. Cottage is private, gated and quiet. Our beautiful Spanish Oasis is close to all Hollywood landmarks in the heart of Hollywood. A separate unit, there is approximately 700 square feet, 25' ceilings and large skylights, brand new washer/dryer, brand new air conditioning unit with remote, new gas heat unit, spa bathtub, flat screen TV with all premium cable channels including HBO, SHOWTIME, and HD, and DVD/Home theater and new Xbox 360. There are many restaurants and shopping on Melrose within walking distance. Centrally located to all Los Angeles airports, tours, theaters and sun! Listen to the soothing fountains upon request during your stay! Note: There is a new queen bed in the unit, a twin fold out couch, and a queen blow up mattress available upon request.
Booking: Damage deposit of $200 cash is due upon arrival and is refundable within 7 business days of stay via paypal. Maximum two adults and one child under twelve-years-old. Limit of two adults at one time unless special circumstances. Additional guest(s) over a party of two is $25/night extra, any age. Our vacation rental has a thirty-day (30 day) Cancellation Policy. Should you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us immediately in writing as all charges can be avoided with written cancellation prior to 30 days of booking. Please be advised that written cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date will result in a non-refundable charge.

Great location for shopping, site seeing, and restaurants. We had a car and got to Melrose shopping, the Grove, Farmer's Market, Universal, the beaches, etc. very easily. Inside and out this is a great place. We used the pool and hot tub every morning and every evening. It's amazingly beautiful!! The homeowners were REALLY great, very attentive, but gave us privacy as well. Hope to return!
Family of 4, we stayed here over Christmas. The house is a little tight on space for 4 people, but that was mainly because one of us is a very demanding teenager. :-) The house itself is really nice, set in a very private space well away from the main house. It has all the amenities of home, including washer/dryer, kitchen, internet. Very low stress experience, in contrast to our usual hotel stay. Location is awesome, very close to lots of shopping, restaurants, sights. We had a rental car, but only put 100 miles on it in a week. The whole family enjoyed the hot tub every day, but sadly the weather was a little too cold to use the pool much. We also made use of the gas grill, great to have that available. Easy parking right in front of the house was another thing we never had to worry about. Host was great and never bugged us or anything. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this place without hesitation."
by Markus F: This guesthouse is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the good side of life. We had a great time here and stayed for 3 weeks instead of just 1 because we liked it so much. The hot tub and the pool are just amazing and we also had some nice BBQs in the evenings. The guesthouse is clean, offers pretty much everything you can wish for (washer,dryer,flat-screen tv,wireless/wired internet connection etc.) and is located in a nice neighborhood. Many nice restaurants and shops are in walking distance and there s plenty of space to park a car in front of the house. I definately recommend this place over any hotel and i have been staying at some really nice hotels. Thank you for 3 great weeks in L.A !

He was very helpful, and also very respectful of our privacy. I would say that this is a great alternative to a hotel, but it is not even in the same ballpark as any hotel I have ever stayed in....we will be back for sure, and would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to have a blissfully relaxing getaway. Thanks for everything!!
By: Ezio L DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS BEAUTIFUL PLACE!!! My fellow travelers and I had a fantastic stay of 3 nights at this wonderful place. I cannot express enough how blissful this experience was for us. The swimming pool and spa alone was enough to make the stay enjoyable. The fire pit, waterfalls and bbq put it over the top. Our host was very respectful and accommodating. We felt very welcome and comfortable the entire stay. I will definitely stay here again. The guest house is clean and uncluttered. Has everything you need including a convenient washer and dryer. Great environment, easy parking out front and lots of excellent places to eat nearby. All in all I give this place a 10 out of 10. Happy travels=)

By: Steve K I stayed here this year. Beautiful place. Great location, right near the heart of Hollywood, right off Melrose place (shops, restaurants, etc.). The pool and jacuzzi are fantastic (love the fountains). And the owner is very friendly and respectful. Highly recommend!
