These 2 quaint, private, and lush garden bungalows are airy and spacious. They are beautifully appointed with all contemporary renovations while keeping their 1920's beach house charm. Off-street parking for 2 cars is provided. The property is located on a wide and quiet street with little traffic. It is three blocks to the beach and two blocks to other local Venice activities and vibrant nightlife, sushi bar just within a block. Major studio movie stars have been our guests, choosing our home for its privacy, amenities, decor, and location. Note: there is no kitchen in the Guest House.
