This is the 4th time we have stayed in your condos at LaMirage. Every time we have a great time. The condo is roomy and welcoming. It has a great view of the beach.
We rent both unit 233 and 232 located right next to each other so our large extended family can go back and forth with ease. The 3 bedroom condos are wonderful for a large family with washer/dryer, plenty of beds, functional kitchen, location can't be beat with a view of the ocean and huge balcony! Renting with Margaret is awesome, so much better than the office. Oh, covered parking one per condo is wonderful too! Beach is a short walk. Over all this is the place to stay and the person to book with!
There were 8 of us and we stayed in Unit 233. It was great having two bathrooms, and three bedrooms. Everything was clean and nice. There is a nice baloney where you can sit and watch people walk on the beach, the sun rise and set, and a great view of the water.
We stayed in 233, first of all speaking with Margaret in setting up the reservation was a pleasure, she was very kind and helpful. We arrived a few hours before check in and since the room was ready Margaret kindly let us check in early. The unit was clean and very up to date, stocked with all of the utensils we needed and more, as well as a blender and coffee maker. All of my family loved the balcony and it had plenty of chairs for all of us. The beds were comfortable for the much needed rest. Another great stay and we look forward to next year in 233. We just ended our 4 day vacation in this unit. We were a family of 5 adults with 3 small children. We had a great time. The kitchen had everything we needed and more, we all enjoyed the balcony view.We happened to be there during the full moon, (beautiful reflecting off the water). The living room was very comfortable with the lightning made it quite cozy. We would have liked to have had a tv in every bedroom. Having the washer and dryer in the unit made our stay just like Home>>Upon our arrival we met Margaret who was very nice and made us feel welcomed..This was our third time to the Mirage and our first with an owner..We will definitely be using the Emanuele's again..Thanks
We normally stay in #232 or #233 (condos owned & rented by the Emanueles) because they face the beach. Everything is always clean & well maintained. Also, the kitchens are always well stocked with utensils, glassware, dishes, etc. My wife & I have been going to Port Arkansas for many years for our "getaways". Port Arkansas has the right combination of beach, good seafood, and lack of over-commercialization......much better than Galveston or South Padre in that respect. We've stayed at many different Port "A" condos in the past, but we finally settled on 232 & 233 at La Mirage as our favorites. We consider this our "home away from home" now.
