This Sand Lake setting ... a sweet and secluded cabin nestled in a calm garden setting with well kept grounds and a lovely display of beautiful flowers. Ducks, Osprey, Eagles and other wildlife are frequent and welcomed visitors.
Imagine your vacation....quiet....secluded...beautiful....on private property without all the people and noise of a resort setting.
Your private deck overlooks Sand Lake. There is a wood fired sauna by the lake and a fire pit. A 2 person paddleboat is included with your rental.
Your lodging includes private parking for up to two vehicles and dock space for your watercraft.
Good news: bugs are seldom are problem here. Bring your protection, but it most likely will not be needed.
Bedding and towels are furnished. Hot and cold running water. Bathroom description=2 rooms A private room for the shower and changing area and then the commode room is separtate. Shampoo, body soap, hand soap and dish soap are provided.
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, glasses, cups, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stove and refrigerator. You can easily change this cabin into a 2 bedroom for more privacy.
You will have happy feet with carpeting throughout the cabin.
The relaxing living room offers a very comfortable couch with a recliner on each end. This wonderful couch is great for sitting or for sleeping one adult. Your private deck ajoins the living room.
Access to the lake could be challenging for someone handicapped. There is a slight incline.
Our rates are based on double occupancy. The quoted nightly fees below reflect the weekly rate (broken down into per night charges). Please add $7 per person/per night for any additional persons. Add additional $10 per night for reservations that are less than 7 days. Please note that the week of the 4th of July has a minimum of 7 nights fee.
Please inquire about our pet policy if you're bringing your best pal. Well behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome at Baileys.

Absolutely beautiful place! My husband and I stayed here for a couple nights and it was so peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed campfires by the lake, we enjoyed the ducks that visited, the eagle flying overhead and the hummingbirds outside our window. The grounds have beautiful gardens which is a joy to see. The owner is a wonderful friendly person and so special too because she chooses to rent this cabin for people to enjoy.
My husband and I stayed at this cabin with our puppy. It was a great location and it was just the right size for us. The lake it great and quiet, with lots of fish!! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The owner was great! She greeted us when we got there and made sure we had everything we needed! I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing stay!! We would stay here again in the future! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!!
Seriously! The setting for this cabin is AMAZING! We did not want to leave. The cabin was very clean and everything we could have needed was right there. The owner made sure we had everything we needed for a great visit. She felt like a true friend by the time we left. My husband and oldest daughter enjoyed great fishing right off the dock and caught 4 fish! My youngest and I loved the paddle boat, the views from the boat are really something to see. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting a cabin/lake experience on a gorgeous, private lake. We really hope to make it back there at some point.
My husband, myself and our little dog had a wonderful time! Very relaxing, quiet and clean. We had everything we needed. The fishing was great and the property owner is wonderful. Very friendly and nice. Not far from a town of 8,000 should you need anything. We would highly recommend !
This is one of those places that I would highly recommend to my friends and family. I would definitely go there again in the future.
My wife and I stayed at this cabin for almost a week. We hadn't intended to stay as long, but, once settled in...it was easy to just decide to stay an extra day...or two. The owner actually baked us a pie during the time we stayed. It's in a quite back bay of the lake. We found it very relaxing...just sitting either in the screened porch, just outside the cabin...or right next to the water. Sand lake is big enough to offer walleyes, crappies, bass and northern pike...but, small enough to not have a lot of boat traffic. We landed our boat at the local resort/restaurant/pub...and just kept it at the dock, when we weren't out on the lake. We actually live within 20 miles of this cabin and so it made it easy to "run in to town quick for a little work"....if we had to. We'll be staying there again....can only give the highest recommendation to this vacation rental.
