Property Description

5 bedroom home that was recently remodeled and comfortably sleeps up
to 13. It is located on a quiet street with no traffic and you can
walk to Kailua beach entrance 2 short blocks away. The beach
entracne is on a private street entrance so you will not have a
large crowd of people. It is a very safe all white sand beach that is
great for familys and boogie boarding. The first 4 bedrooms have
queen sized beds and the 5th bunk-room has full and a twin. Perfect
for kids! There is also a queen sized futon in the living room for
additional guests. There is a private bathroom off the master
bedroom and it even has a private lanai. The second and third
bedroom are down a short hallway and share a bath. There are two
living rooms and they are situated between the large kitchen. This
gives you two separate living areas and is nice to have the kids
watch a movie in the back living room and you can relax in the front
living room. The kitchen is large and was recently remodeled. I has
everything you will need and top of line appliances including:
dishwasher, fridge, microwave, range, oven, disposal, and lots of
good pots, pans, untensils, and bakeware. The extensive granite
countertops offer plenty of preperation area and there is also a
kitchen bar for dinning or socializing. The back yard has a deck
with another sitting area with a picnic table. The swimming pool has
recently been redone and is very nice and the temperature is very
warm (it is not heated but the dark blue tiles keep it warm). There
is a very tall pool slide for the kids and adults. There is an
attached apartment and studio to the side of the house and tenants
are almost always at work until late at night and leaves early in the
morning. I email them with your arrival date and departure so they
know to stay even more out of the way. When you email for more
