Everything you could need for your stay. Sooo close to the beach, Just two blocks, and right on a huge canal. Fish from our lighted docks or bring your boat and you can be out on the gulf in just minutes. Come as a family or a quiet couples retreat.

We stayed at Sunset Harbor Unit C while in town for a wedding. The place was wonderful! Booking was easy and the owner was quite accommodating prior to arrival. Once we arrived, we immediately felt at home. The condo was cozy and warm, yet spacious. My husband, myself and our four kids had plenty of room. The condo was clean, well-equipped and nicely decorated. The washer and dryer downstairs was convenient. I definitely recommend Sunset Harbor Unit C to anyone staying in the area. We look forward to staying there again!
I, my two daughters, and our three grandchildren (husbands all had to work), spent a week there in Unit C and it was great. More than enough room. Close to the beach, pool there for the kids, privacy and we felt secure there. Very clean and the owners are great. We hope to return, with husbands too. (Waco, West, & Keller, Tx) Highly Recommended!
My family and I stayed in the Unit C townhome just last week - what a nice place to stay ! The townhome was so clean and roomy, nicely decorated, huge kitchen and bedrooms were so cozy! We were all very comfortable. The pool was excellent, sparkling clean, and the deck is huge ! The kids had a great time fishing from the docks ! Just around the corner from the drive-on beach ! EXCELLENT!
My family really enjoyed our stay. The place was nice, clean, and great location by the beach. The townhome exceeded our expectations. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Were looking forward to our next stay!!! Maybe Spring break!!!!
Our family recently had the pleasure to rent one of Lynne and Doug Hookers condos. I am an individual with significant lung and allergy problems, I was delighted to find the unit spotless and the accomodation very comfortable. We would definately rent from the Hookers again. We enjoyed our trip we always do. The place was great as they all are. We have gone for the past 3 years some times twice a year....this is where we stay.
My husband and two of our wonderful friends were lucky enough to run across the Hooker's units and spent our first wedding anniversary celebrating in Unit C. When we arrived, it was even nice than we imagined it would be. Beautiful, roomy, lovely. Zero complaints! We met Doug and Lynne and talk about some awesome people! Next time we come, we plan to have them over for a drink or go fishing or something!!! Not only was the townhome and complex beautiful, but all the people we met that were also staying at the complex were very friendly and quiet. We had a really wonderful time and definitely plan to come back. Maybe Labor Day???? Yes, Labor Day!
