Our Log Cabin has the warmth of wood, in Hulls Cove, on Mount Desert Island, on a one acre lot. The dog friendly cabin has 2 bedrooms, one bath, and sits well back from the road in a wooded setting. ( unlike many vacation rentals in the area, you cannot see the house from the road.) Being a mile from the Visitors Center in Acadia National Park and on the free Explorer Bus route, it is a convenient yet private spot close to it all. The cabin has a full kitchen equipped with fridge, dishwasher, self cleaning oven, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, etc. Linens are provided. All flooring is wood, laminate, or tile. Its adjoining living room has a vaulted ceiling and a stairway to an open loft. The bedrooms and bath are on the 1st level. There is a covered front porch. With 15 windows and 2 sky lights, and beautiful cedar on the walls and ceiling, it's a comfortable and calming space.
