Pelicans and other sea birds fly just feet past the balcony.Brand new 48 inch HD Tv' in the Living room .All new furniture and completely remodeled this yr.Carpeted balcony with outdoor dining table and chairs.Sleeper queen sofa is one of the most comfortable ones I have ever slept on!The main bedroom has a large closet and also 2 sets of dresser drawers to hold everbodys clothes.The bed is a queen with the memory foam thick topper built into the mattress.Once you have slept on this bed you will go home and buy one for yourselves!The bunkbeds are twin size and perfect for kids or even adults tucked away in the hall reccessed inside the wall.Kitchen has all the appliances you have at home but do you really want to cook when your on vacation? Lots of local restaurants in the nearby towns to patronize or have them bring you a pizza even by ordering online using the Wi-FI .Go to restaurant.com before hand and print out some certificates to use at these restaurants and save a ton of money! When your not on the beach you will most certainly will be on the balcony because the views are incredible. Nothing obstructs you from seeing up and down the beach from 3 stories high! Plus you don't get the sand blown in your face at this height! Island is situated in a east to west position so the sun rises and sets right in front of you!There is a laundry room a few buildings down.We are going to leave out a few beach chairs for your use,Please return them w/o any sand on them for the next person/family to enjoy.
